How much do you think you’d have to pay for a five-speed trans if you could find one?
I know a guy that messes with these old Datsuns (trying to get one to 200mph). They being mass-produced Japanese cars that were near-worthless for a while, I guess I just figured parts would plentiful. Until I questioned the three spare rear ends in his garage for his one running car; he said they are hard to find so he always buys them when he can .

A 5 speed from a 280zx/Nissan pickup is a bolt on with a slightly diffe rent drive shaft IIRC.
